Free Delivery Terms and Conditions

Excludes orders outside the UK.
Delivery
Delivery is via standard Royal Mail. For any queries regarding delivery outside the UK, please feel free to contact me.
Unfortunately I am unable to guarantee delivery times.
Please provide the correct and full address when placing your order.
Card orders will be dispatched between 3-5 working days i.e. excluding weekends and all public holidays.
If you wish to have your items sent by recorded or special delivery, there will be a supplemental charge to cover this service.

Returns
Exchange only
If you change your mind items may be returned within 14 working days of the original invoice date so long as they are in their original packaging with envelope and returned undamaged. Please also include your name and address. Please contact: Wildcinnamoncards@gmail.com for more information
If there is a fault (excluding accidents and misuse) with your product, providing you have evidence, I will offer you a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed, please email: Wildcinnamoncards@gmail.com. If your order has already been dispatched before cancellation please follow the returns policy.
