All internet payments are protected and secured by PayPal.
As soon as your payment has cleared I will send you a confirmation email, which is also your receipt.

Card orders only! Free delivery does not include mug items or playing cards.
Delivery is via standard Royal mail. For any queries regarding delivery outside the UK, please feel free to contact me.
For bulk orders of 50 cards and over please contact me as I may be able to arrange a special discount.
Unfortunately I do not take responsibility for damaged and lost goods. Neither can I guarantee delivery times.
Card orders will be dispatched between 3-5 working days i.e. excluding weekends and all public holidays.
If you wish to have your items sent by recorded or special delivery, there will be a supplemental charge to cover this service.
If an item is out of stock of an item I will contact you via email within 24hours.
If you change your mind items may be returned within 7 working days of the original invoice date so long as they are in their original packaging with envelope and returned undamaged. Please also include your name and address.
You will have to pay return postage. I will email the return address.
I do not take responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit and, for items of value, recommend you use recorded or special delivery.
If there is a fault (excluding accidents, misuse and damage in transit) with your product, providing you have evidence that we are responsible I will offer you a replacement or full refund and will pay for the return delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order placed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been dispatched before cancellation please follow the returns policy.
